We also care about security. Nevertheless, deficiencies such as virus attack, loss or corruption of data, interruption of operations, etc. cannot always be ruled out. Access to the website and its content is therefore at your own risk and responsibility.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or your relationship with Coup d’Oeil is Zurich, Switzerland.
General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and contracts concluded by the customer (hereinafter “you”) in our boutique or via the online shop under the domain «www.coupdoeil-boutique.ch» with: Design & Bijou Handels AG, Im Sidefädeli 10, 8803 Rüschlikon, Switzerland (hereinafter “Coup d’Oeil”)
2. Conclusion of Contract
By clicking the button “CHECKOUT” or an equivalent wording in the Coup d’Oeil’s online shop, you place a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart. A binding contract is concluded upon receipt of our email confirming the order.
In exceptional cases, we might have to cancel your order if the product that you have ordered is no longer available. You agree not to hold us liable in such cases.
3. Prices
The prices listed on the Coup d’Oeil online shop apply except in cases of manifest errors. Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the Swiss statutory value added tax (VAT). Delivery costs are shown separately.
4. Payment and Return of Payment
Payment may be made using a credit or debit card: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, or Twint.
Any refunds will be paid to the same account as your original payment.
5. Delivery
Coup d’Oeil delivers in all countries that can be selected in our online shop. The delivery costs can be different depending on the volume of purchase and the country of delivery.
6. Right of Return/Right of Withdrawal
Coup d’Oeil grants you a return 7 workings day period from the date of your receipt of the products. If you live in a member State of the EU or the EEA or in the UK, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of your receipt of the products. You must inform us within said period and send us back the products in original packaging on your cost.
When you purchase our products online, you may try them on in the same way as you would in our store. If any products are worn beyond this try-on or damaged in any way, we may refuse to reimburse you for the returned products and you no longer have a right to withdraw from the agreement.
7. Exclusion of liability and warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of Coup d’Oeil and its ancillary staff is excluded.
8. Warranty
Coup d’Oeil grants a two-year warranty for products with a production defect. The usual wear and tear are no defects.
Coup d’Oeil expressly reserves the right to repair or to provide you with a defect-free replacement product in warranty cases.
9. Privacy Policy
Coup d’Oeil processes your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss substantive law applies to any legal transactions and relationship between the you and Coup d’Oeil. The Swiss conflict of laws rules, the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), and other intergovernmental agreements are excluded.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or in connection to legal transactions and relationships between the you and Coup d’Oeil is Zurich, Switzerland, where this is permitted by mandatory law.
